Dr Lily Poulier
Lily is a Melbourne-trained specialist anaesthetist and Nathan’s partner, mother of their two young boys. Also a Monash University graduate, she and Nathan met on their first clinical rotation at Cabrini Hospital in 2012. She completed her anaesthetic training based at Monash Health, a tertiary centre providing her with anaesthetic experience across a broad range of surgical specialties, ages and acuity. She delights in the variety of work that being an anaesthetist brings, and in caring for people from all walks of life - placing an epidural for a labouring woman, providing anaesthesia for her caesarian birth, giving a child’s first general anaesthetic for a broken arm, and seeing an elderly patient through their fractured hip operation is all in a day’s work.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys family time with her boys, often spent getting into the great outdoors, or at home, pottering around the garden and in the kitchen with her two sous-chefs.

Alice Chadwick– Surgical assistant
Alice is a local GP, working in both private practice and the Urgent Care Clinic. She has worked as an orthopaedic surgical assistant since 2013, loving the variety this brings to her week. It is particularly rewarding when the two worlds combine, and she is able to see her own GP patients with orthopaedic issues, then eventually assist in their surgery and help with their post-operative care.
Alice studied at the University of Melbourne and St Vincent's Hospital, with a placement in Warrnambool sparking a love of the town. After returning to work here many times, she made it home in 2010 upon commencing GP training.
Having grown up in Lakes Entrance, Alice loves all things to do with the water, especially boating, swimming and water sports. On dry land, she loves spending time with her family, hot coffee and interior design. Drinking coffeewhist reading a home design magazine is the ideal combination!
Alice prides herself on her warm and approachable nature, and looks forward to being part of your care.
